During his training camp in Tampa, welter weight world champion Miguel Cotto, has had some very interesting visitors including hall of fame trainer Angelo Dundee, who spent some time with the champ talking boxing.

All of you out there in Pacland who needlessly sweated bullets about even the possibility of the Nevada State Athletic Commission tabbing “Fair But Firm” referee Joe Cortez (a Puerto Rican) as the third man for the Manny Pacquiao-Miguel Cotto super bout Nov. 14, don’t you feel foolish now?

Golden Boy CEO Richard Schaefer told Boxing Scene today that he thinks Mayweather should get the lion’s share of the money in any eventual fight with the winner of the Manny Pacquiao/Miguel Cotto fight on November 14. But he did add a caveat to that statement. If Pacquiao vs. Cotto does a million PPV buys or above, then he believes there is reason to consider a 50-50 split.

Interesting tattoos. They spread out across the arms and torso of Miguel Cotto like a creeping vine, growing upward, closer and closer to his cheek and chin, toward that crazy Mike Tyson look that Cotto might want to avoid.
When it’s jokingly suggested by a member of the media that Cotto doesn’t let the tattoo creep up onto his face ala Tyson, Cotto just grins. He’ll do what he wants, but I’m [...]
